THE EIPA PERFORMANCE

Evaluation...

If you are struggling to prepare or have taken the test and failed this is the program you need.

Do You Know the

EIPA Guidelines of Professional Conduct for Educational Interpreters?

below are excerpts

from the EIPA Guidelines of Professional Conduct

~The educational interpreter shall either interpret or participate in meetings such as staff meetings, IEP meetings, and staffing, but should not do "BOTH"

~Learning to use an interpreter is an essential aspect of development of a student who is deaf and/or hard of hearing.

~The interpreter's goal is to facilitate communication between deaf and hearing people and to communicate clearly what each individual says.

~In order to be respected as a member of the educational team, and to provide students with access to the classroom, interpreters should be improving their skills and knowledge continually.

~An interpreter can produce a better interpretation when prepared or when knowledgeable about the topic area.

~The Deaf or hard of hearing student should be allowed the freedom to make choices and to learn independently as possible.

A Brainstorming Team  effort

is being made here by making flashcards to practice and Share their processing ideas.

The activities have been designed to help you develop the ability to logically and rationally determine the most appropriate answers to every situation, a very  important  part of preparing to take the evaluation

As they study together in a collaborative effort, they learn which techniques work best learning the Guidelines of Professional Conduct for Educational Interpreters. See how  fun and easy learning can be in a  systematic way.

Here interpreters begin  to recognize the importance of the relationship between  interpreter and  the student/consumer

providing a good grasp of how and when to apply the necessary guidelines to the appropriate  situation.

Anyone, ASL student,  ITP graduate, or certified EIPA interpreter needing to re-test, can easily learn this technique.

Those of you who In the past they have pain stakingly struggled by rote memorization, reading notes, books and flash cards, a 1000 times each before the test and still not passing. Now, all you have to do is trust the process.

In addition to learning the EIPA Guidelines of Professional Conduct for Educaitonal Interpreters, we provide unique stratagies and roleplays for you to raise your current skills to a passing level.

 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Remember with any professional endeavor, it takes time to prepare yourself to be ready to pass your evaluation.
Let someone trained in the profession guide you along the path to reach your goals. Allow me to show you how to reach  your highest level and prepare you to take the EIPA Evaluation.
Bonus: We can test your Skills and Knowledge, and Strengthen any areas that need Improvement. We are a "Hands-On" learning and educational outreach center.
