Medical AMP, is a 6-class mentoring course held for 5-hour a day allowing students the necessary time to absorb and assimilate AMP's Medical Terminology, How to appropriately work with doctors and their medical staff and the expectations and protocols of interpreting in the emergency room, pre and post surgery. In addition, other specialized medical interpreting will be taught regarding how to interpret during a therapy session, physical therapy and Mental health settings. The classes will provide one-on-one mentoring, personal evaluations, medical interpreter role playing with Deaf people. There will be one or more field trips to Deaf events and students will be given a certificate of mentoring hours for all events, labs, and mentoring. Additionally, continued mentoring will be offered during actual interpreting assignments to AMP's graduate students.

Family practice
A family physician is concerned with the total health care of the individual and the family and is trained to diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments in patients of all ages. The family physician receives a broad range of training that includes internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, and geriatrics. Special emphasis is placed on prevention and the primary care of entire families, utilizing consultations and community resources when appropriate.

Emergency care medicine
An emergency physician focuses on the immediate decision making and action necessary to prevent death or any further disability both in the prehospital setting by directing emergency medical technicians and in the emergency department. The emergency physician provides immediate recognition, evaluation, care, stabilization, and disposition of a generally diversified population of adult and pediatric patients in response to acute illness and injury.
Urgent Care
Handles emrgency care situations that do not require hospitalization or major surgery. They accept walk-ins, however, do not provide a 24/7 on call service.
