The Conversational ASL I class is taught by a Deaf instructor, Bryant Smith.

Classes are held,

Day: Wednesday Nights

Place: Love2ASL.com Professional Development Center.

Address: 625 South Euclid St. Anaheim, CA 92802

Time: is 5:30pm-7:00.

Each month we start with a new list of signed vocabulary words that are not built upon the previous months list of signs.  

You are welcome to enroll in the Conversational ASL class during at any point during any month.

Classes: Weeks 1, 2, 3, is practice of vocabulary lists and signing practice with Bryant.
 
Week four is Review of all the vocabulary words and additional signing practice with Bryant
 
Week Five: No Class.
 
Cost: is $20.00 per week, Vocabulary list and sign language handouts are given only for the weeks you have attended. or  $45.00 per month.

(If you miss a week, the vocabulary list and sentences will be given when you return and practiced during week 4.)

Conversational ASL classes are 

1 hr and 30 min. of accelerated learning, without "busy work"  and do not include many of the time consuming requirements of other sign language classes. 

Conversational ASL is a great place to begin learning ASL. Come and observe a class and determine if you want to go on to an interpreter Training Program, ITP someday.

Observation classes are $10.00 and are limited to one class.

The standard rate for an American Sign Language class taught by a qualified instructor...ranges from $10-$20 per hour, per person. 

That is between $60 - $120 a month, check out other websites and see for yourself...

Each month you will have (3) three  weeks of vocabulary and signing practice.  

Weeks 1-3, you will have a vocabulary list and signs.  Each week you will have more words to build upon. 

Each class will begin with practicing our Introduction greeting to each other using sign language.

Week 4 is Practice of weeks 1-3, using the vocabulary list and signing practice with Bryant Smith. 

If you have taken an ASL class in the past. You can let me know exactly what you have studied how large your vocabulary is and I can tell you where you can jump in our revolving classes.

You will learn new vocabulary and will build upon the previous signs until you are able to speak conversationally with people who are Deaf and/or Hard of Hearing in a very short amount of time.

Question?  What is  the  difference between  Conversational ASL and ASL 1,2,3, 4, ???Answer: The difference  is, you will learn in an accelerated and natural method of using, understanding and  communicating in ASL.

When I was growing up with Deaf parents, I learned to sign by visually identifying  objects and matching them to a manual signs.

Bryant or I will teach you a quick and easy way to learn and use your signs and make sense too! 

If you have taken ASL in the past all you need is a week or so refresher course, depending on how rusty a person has become. A quick refresher course will bring you up to par quickly.

The Advanced Conversational ASL, has a Prerequisite class requirement. All Students must have taken ASL 3 Classe and  be evaluated prior to admission to Advanced Conversational ASL 5

The American Sign Languages classes are growing. There will be some day-date-time changes during Holidays to accommodate everyone so we do not have to miss any classes if at all possible!

We have Very Reasonable Rates!

Other Reputable ASL Instructors charge $80-$125.00 a month.

You get what you pay for, if you attend free ASL classes, they are taught by untrained instructors. Just because I know English doesn't make me an English Instructor, likewise, just because I know ASL, doesn't mean I know how to teach ASL.

Our Conversational ASL classess, are $20.00 per person, per week 'OR' $45.00 per individual person or family (Family is one adult & one child) a month.  Additonal family members are $10.00 per month.

*If there are 5 weeks in a month there will be no class on the last class-day of the month.
