Self-Support Group, come check us out the first time for free, if you like what you see and hear, it's a nominal fee of $20.00 a month.

 

This plan is not a diet, its a lifestyle! Nothing else has worked for you so far...Diets work for a while and then when you go back to your old ways of eating, the old weight comes with it too.

How could it not? If you gained weight by eating unhealthy and you lose weight and then return to unhealthy eating the same thing will happen again...weight gain and lots of guilt and pain over the weight you lost and gained back and sometimes more weight!!!

if you are tired of being unhealthy this eating plan has 5 different lists to choose from. You have nothing to lose but excessive weight!

You can use the quick and easy or the sweet tooth, Meat lovers, I gotta have my carbs, or  if you enjoy cooking this lifestyle of eating lets you eat most all of your favorite foods. Here is a list of just a few foods on this

Hamburgers with everything, Steak and mashed potatoes, Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas, BLT, Pasta, Pizza,  Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, Submarine Sandwiches, Veggie Burgers, Turkey Burgers, Greek Salad, Spinach Salad, Chocolate Brownies, Ice Cream, Shakes, Smoothies, Cream Cheese and Muffin, Lox and Bagel, Cereal, Pancakes, Eggs Bacon or Sausage...and much, much more!!!

My Story.....

I was raised on Bacon Fat! My mother, born and raised in Arkansas, got up each morning and cooked a pound for bacon for breakfast. She poured the grease off the bacon into a 1-lb coffee can. Through out the day, at each meal, she used bacon fat to flavor "EVERYTHING" bacon drippings went into the biscuits, bacon drippings went into the gravy, bacon drippings went into the beans, bacon drippings went into the grits. Bacon fat drippings were in everything. We ate Fried potatoes for lunch and dinner, biscuits and gravy at all 3 meals.  When I was 14 years old, I was rushed to St. Mary's Hospital in Long Beach, CA. with an acute appendicitis attack. The doctor said, you have to eat less red meat and I did, I was scared to death! When I was 27 years old, I was rushed to the hospital and had my gall bladder removed with 3 large stones in very dangerous places, the doctor told me I was lucky to be alive and I needed to stop eating red meat.  And when I told him I don't eat red meat he said, then stop eating all flesh! And I Stopped eating Chicken, but still ate fish. A few years later, I started to get sick when I ate fish. And that is my story.  I have always been allergic to Eggs and Milk and milk products, I am also allergic to Soy.

And guess what, I am not a skinny pasty looking vegan like I hear about all the time...haha. Many of my friends are not unhealthy looking at all! Some people are just sickly looking for other reasons and it has nothing to do with being a vegetarian

I am the first one to say, if it's too good to be true it probably is, but this time it's true!!! Thank goodness, I have finally found a solution to my health problems by simply avoiding certain foods.
